Manuel Gibert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rytis Lazdauskas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aleksotas FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Joan Saboya scored to the left of an out of position A.J. 杜义俊, making the score, 1-0. 19 minutes into the game, Hugo Haedelt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Manuel Gibert was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 22 minutes into the match, Aston Birra's Joan Saboya sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that A.J. 杜义俊 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Aston Birra's Alvaro Jaunti got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 26 minutes into the game, Joan Saboya recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of A.J. 杜义俊. Joan Saboya showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. In the 28th minute Dinaras Dackus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Gibert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manuel Gibert stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hugo Haedelt's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Manuel Gibert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinaras Dackus in the 31st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Haedelt in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manuel Gibert saved Aston Birra from getting behind. After 34 played minutes Aston Birra got a freekick which was hit by Tor Brønager. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joan Saboya got free with A.J. 杜义俊 in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Aleksotas FK booed when Aston Birra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Etxatxu De Pablo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Joan Saboya came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Aston Birra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joan Saboya couldn't finish the play. Aston Birra's Chap Planes was substituted for Gabon Cifuentes. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hugo Haedelt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aleksotas FK's Hugo Haedelt was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 53rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. A.J. 杜义俊 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joan Saboya in the 63rd minute of play. Manuel Gibert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Haedelt in the 75th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Vilmantas Norutis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
