After some careless play in the Lucky Star defense, Fırat Elhan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mathias Wijasmara. The Lucky Star fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mathias Wijasmara should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fırat Elhan was the one to do the kick off. After 54 played minutes Trabzonspor got a freekick which was hit by Vacid Oğuzata. Ulryk Jarosiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otong Pink, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Ulryk Jarosiewicz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Otong Pink showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 69 minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Fırat Elhan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Mathias Wijasmara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
