The audience was convinced that Gaspar Odol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Tino was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. 26 minutes into the game, Sebastian Boselli threw the ball into play from the sideline. Charmander City's Carlos Izquierdoz quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ger Branca in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Tino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Charmander City's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Miguel Tadzio in the 30th minute. In the 39th minute Abram Elano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Reuters saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 played minutes Charmander City got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Odol. 46 minutes into the match, Charmander City's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Elano came free, but Tobias Reuters reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Tino came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Charmander City's Gaspar Odol. But to his dismay, Gaspar Odol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Tobias Reuters stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vito Bonito's shot from short distance in the 88th minute.
