In the 10th minute Romeo Pardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yao Yang Peng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Prometeo Garay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Pardo in the 18th minute of play forced Vidlákov SK's goalkeeper Yao Yang Peng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clube Esportivo Saudade's Raphael Mayol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Clube Esportivo Saudade from getting a goal against them. Raphael Mayol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johny Vidlák, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodolfo Britto hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Armando Reina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vidlákov SK's Yao Yang Peng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Reina in the 46th minute of play. If Armando Reina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Raphael Mayol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johny Vidlák, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Vidlákov SK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rodolfo Britto in the 54th minute. Clube Esportivo Saudade's Raphael Mayol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jiří Kalčík in the 56th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Miroslav Pavel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Clube Esportivo Saudade's goal looked a bit too open when Johny Vidlák came free, but Raphael Mayol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clube Esportivo Saudade's Pere Mudarra pulled a muscle in his back after 64 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Rodolfo Britto's late challenge caught a Clube Esportivo Saudade's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodolfo Britto helped the player get up and apologised. Clube Esportivo Saudade's Prudencio Galego was substituted for Pere Mudarra. Sinforoso Salan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yao Yang Peng read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Vidlákov SK's Zlatan Chepchumba got a free kick in the 68th minute. Yao Yang Peng made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 83rd minute Jiří Kalčík shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raphael Mayol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
