Clemente Savier acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 78th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Paolo Maldini. Barry Gunn's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Clemente Savier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Barry Gunn got free with Clemente Savier in the 98th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
CA Portugália's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
