When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Jonathan Calixto sped through Emerald's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of 彭树邦. 16 minutes into the match, Emerald's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Houseman came free, but 彭树邦 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 彭树邦 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Calixto, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Emerald's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Calixto came free, but 彭树邦 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonathan Calixto in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 彭树邦 saved Emerald from getting behind. In the 23rd minute Victor Piţurcă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Martxelin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute Niculae Negreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Martxelin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 minutes of play, Teodelina FC's Jonathan Calixto made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 彭树邦 was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emerald's Gabriel Vermeşan was substituted for Gheorghe Craioveanu. After the first half Teodelina FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victor Piţurcă made a kick off. 57 minutes in the game, Jonathan Calixto fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without 彭树邦 having to interfere. Teodelina FC's Rosendo Martxelin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julio Iglesias in the 59th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Teodelina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Piţurcă came free, but Rosendo Martxelin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodelina FC's Braulio Osoro quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gabriel Mălaimare, made in the 66th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marnix Harmannus in the 69th minute of play forced Emerald's goalkeeper 彭树邦 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Emerald's zone, Marnix Harmannus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 彭树邦 came out of the goal and Marnix Harmannus tried to chip the ball over his head. A well-hit corner resulted in Nino Ventura heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The throw-in from Xamo Zubiaur in the 91st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Teodelina FC's Anastasio Perutxo. In the 91st minute, Anastasio Perutxo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rosendo Martxelin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gabriel Vermeşan went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score.

The Emerald supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Teodelina FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Teodelina FC.
