Magnus Skoglund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léon Cailleaux, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Brian Fumey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Vallgren in the 8th minute of play. In the 11th minute Tage Tidéksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Fumey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Léon Cailleaux sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Magnus Skoglund made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Léon Cailleaux sent off a good shot on target. Thierry Lhermite kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Atletico Sweds's Magnus Skoglund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Léon Cailleaux in the 18th minute of play. Magnus Skoglund came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Roncourt's Léon Cailleaux. But to his dismay, Léon Cailleaux quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Roncourt's Thierry Lhermite got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Roncourt's Octave Debarre got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Atletico Sweds's Magnus Skoglund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Léon Cailleaux in the 37th minute of play. Magnus Skoglund came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Roncourt's Léon Cailleaux. But to his dismay, Léon Cailleaux quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The audience was convinced that Léon Cailleaux's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Magnus Skoglund was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. After having played for 46 minutes, Léon Cailleaux managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Roncourt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Léon Cailleaux was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Igor Keller to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Atletico Sweds defense, Léon Cailleaux kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Magnus Skoglund. The Atletico Sweds fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Magnus Skoglund should have stopped the shot. Léon Cailleaux fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magnus Skoglund having to interfere. Peter Östlund's late challenge caught a Roncourt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Peter Östlund helped the player get up and apologised. After 56 minutes of play, Roncourt's Léon Cailleaux made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Magnus Skoglund was left in no man's land by his defense there! Magnus Skoglund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thierry Lhermite in the 60th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Léon Cailleaux in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Magnus Skoglund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 68 minutes into the match, Jean-Marc Kazmierczak notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Atletico Sweds's Magnus Skoglund. Magnus Skoglund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jean-Marc Kazmierczak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
