The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 played minutes AFC Chievo Verona got a freekick which was hit by Wesley Battersby. A collision led to AFC Chievo Verona getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Hugh Kennedy hit a great ball. Hugh Kennedy in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kamuran Bağdaş, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kamuran Bağdaş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Linkletter, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Fizimar's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Linkletter came free, but Kamuran Bağdaş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugh Kennedy took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kamuran Bağdaş. Kamuran Bağdaş dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugh Kennedy got free with Kamuran Bağdaş in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as AFC Chievo Verona's Marek Hartley slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kamuran Bağdaş. That made the score 2-0 after 29 minutes of play. Kamuran Bağdaş came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by AFC Chievo Verona's Paul Poate. But to his dismay, Paul Poate quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. When Asım Saner fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fizimar's protests and gave Asım Saner a yellow card for diving instead. After 40 played minutes Fizimar got a freekick which was hit by Asım Saner. In the 41st minute of the match Noel Wiltshire shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kamuran Bağdaş showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

The wind increased when Tahir Yuvakuran made the kick off in the second half. Kamuran Bağdaş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugh Kennedy in the 52nd minute of the match. Kamuran Bağdaş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Linkletter, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Kamuran Bağdaş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugh Kennedy in the 59th minute of the match. Aytek Pınarbaşı kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Fizimar's Kamuran Bağdaş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marek Hartley in the 72nd minute of play. When Samuel Linkletter fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AFC Chievo Verona's protests and gave Samuel Linkletter a yellow card for diving instead. Samuel Linkletter kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tahir Yuvakuran in the 75th minute of play forced AFC Chievo Verona's goalkeeper Gürhan Yücel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kamuran Bağdaş came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by AFC Chievo Verona's Paul Poate. But to his dismay, Paul Poate quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Kamuran Bağdaş didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paul Poate went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Paul Poate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aytek Pınarbaşı hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Seb Hurdle took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kamuran Bağdaş. Fizimar's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Pete Impey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samuel Linkletter scored 8-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kamuran Bağdaş, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 91 minutes, Hugh Kennedy made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Fizimar's Kamuran Bağdaş tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Kamuran Bağdaş came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by AFC Chievo Verona's Hugh Kennedy. But to his dismay, Hugh Kennedy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. AFC Chievo Verona had played much better football throughout.
