The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Coice de Mula's goalkeeper Gianluigi Orange, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 7 minutes into the match, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goal looked a bit too open when Mathias Guerra came free, but Nelson Cloarec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mathias Guerra took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nelson Cloarec. Nelson Cloarec dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 17 minutes into the match, Mathias Guerra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nelson Cloarec. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mathias Guerra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Mathias Guerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mathias Guerra might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nelson Cloarec. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mathias Guerra ran back to his position shaking his head. 22 minutes into the match, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goal looked a bit too open when Mathias Guerra came free, but Nelson Cloarec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mathias Guerra in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nelson Cloarec saved Formation Pure Lyonnaise from getting behind. If Mathias Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nelson Cloarec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathias Guerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felice Cavallaro kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Formation Pure Lyonnaise defense, Mathias Guerra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nelson Cloarec. The Formation Pure Lyonnaise fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nelson Cloarec should have stopped the shot. After 36 played minutes Coice de Mula got a freekick which was hit by Felice Cavallaro. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Mathias Guerra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coice de Mula's supporters rose to their feet, but Mathias Guerra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nelson Cloarec breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 41st minute, Felice Cavallaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Dennis Giusti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coice de Mula's supporters rose to their feet, but Dennis Giusti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nelson Cloarec breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
Coice de Mula made a substitution. Medárd Horváth replaced Mathias Guerra. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Medárd Horváth was the one to do the kick off. Nelson Cloarec didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Medárd Horváth went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 60 minutes into the game, Medárd Horváth cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Nelson Cloarec was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 66th minute, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Allan Sandström fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 68 minutes into the game, Medárd Horváth cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Nelson Cloarec was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 71 minutes into the match, Dennis Giusti notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Nelson Cloarec. Nelson Cloarec was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Coice de Mula's Medárd Horváth in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goalie prevented a goal. In the 77th minute, Medárd Horváth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nelson Cloarec was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Medárd Horváth had several of the Formation Pure Lyonnaise's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 90 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-10 score and a disappointed Nelson Cloarec as he didn't even see the shot coming. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Nelson Cloarec proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Formation Pure Lyonnaise from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Rémi Lys got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the final whistle sounded Coice de Mula left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Formation Pure Lyonnaise.
