Alfons Levý showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from György Németh in the 6th minute of the match. Alfons Levý was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aron Warren in the 13th minute of play forced Bazinga!'s goalkeeper Alfons Levý to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute György Németh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfons Levý saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Glasston booed when Bazinga! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Chlebek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tom Rheistein might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfons Levý. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. After the first half Glasston were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Tom Rheistein ran over to the corner to take the kick. The Bazinga! supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Glasston's performance. The match ended with a win for Glasston.
