Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomás Portugal took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the game, one of Marzagão:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Mieszko Karanowski, was totally fooled by Sporting Clube Patrício's Mauro Alcântara, who 5 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 9th minute, Oliviero Vuelta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marzagão fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomás Portugal in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mieszko Karanowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Marzagão's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Teodoro Onofre was slow to take the kick. During this time Sporting Clube Patrício's players had a chance to rest. Tomás Portugal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Mieszko Karanowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomás Portugal got free with Mieszko Karanowski in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oliviero Vuelta in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ademar Azevedo saved Sporting Clube Patrício from getting behind. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Marzagão's goalkeeper Mieszko Karanowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cezar Martins hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Mieszko Karanowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomás Portugal in the 40th minute. Marzagão's Mieszko Karanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zarco Lameiras in the 48th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Mieszko Karanowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Portugal, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. It was a well-played corner which Zarco Lameiras managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Tomás Portugal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mieszko Karanowski having to interfere. Tomás Portugal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sporting Clube Patrício's Ademar Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliviero Vuelta in the 66th minute of play. After 67 minutes Sporting Clube Patrício's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eliseu Fantini who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Marzagão's corner Eliseu Fantini fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ademar Azevedo quite easily take care of the ball. Mieszko Karanowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zarco Lameiras's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Salvador Bragança kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Marzagão made a substitution. Pedro Toledo replaced Murillo do Valle. After 75 played minutes Sporting Clube Patrício got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Bragança. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Tomás Portugal put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Mieszko Karanowski. The corner led Marzagão's Pedro Toledo to fire away a dangerous shot which Ademar Azevedo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Salvador Bragança hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube Patrício's goalkeeper Ademar Azevedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oliviero Vuelta. When the referee blew the final whistle, Sporting Clube Patrício could leave the field as winners, despite Marzagão having more of the ball for most of the match.
