After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Georg Gustavsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carlton Convine breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 20th match minute, La masia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerom Kint to maneuver through the defense. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 83rd minute Eddy Watts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Cesario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Glasston's goalkeeper Carlton Convine, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kent Stuckens hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute Mete Golob shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Cesario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Jerom Kint hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes into the match, Glasston's Tom Rheistein broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. La masia's Maximino Cesario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eddy Watts in the 93rd minute of play. If Rafael van der Vaart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Glasston's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
