After some careless play in the Joinville City - FSCMZ defense, Andy Cole kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Haji Sarap. The Joinville City - FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Haji Sarap should have stopped the shot. Egun Pais stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Geovanildo Luis's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute.
