Hemse RK's Galen Fågel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ray Kindermans in the 13th minute of play. Aleksander Lindholm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Hemse RK's zone, Ray Kindermans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Galen Fågel came out of the goal and Ray Kindermans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Galen Fågel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ray Kindermans in the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lieven Demarrez in the 23rd minute of play forced Hemse RK's goalkeeper Galen Fågel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Ray Kindermans had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Galen Fågel. Hemse RK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ray Kindermans was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 30th minute Ray Kindermans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Galen Fågel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hemse RK's Galen Fågel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Rosati in the 35th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Eugenio Rosati ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Galen Fågel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Hemse RK made a substitution. Lirian Andonovski replaced Andy Cane. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aleksander Lindholm to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 90th match minute, Hemse RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ture Kuse to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the match, Hemse RK's goalkeeper Galen Fågel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eugenio Rosati. MagicTeam played a much better game than Hemse RK and deserved their victory. The Hemse RK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
