Diogo Quevedo hit a great ball. Zenaido Urtiaran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valério Xavier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Paulão Dias kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zenaido Urtiaran. That made the score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Montevideo City Torque's goal looked a bit too open when Valério Xavier came free, but Zenaido Urtiaran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Lara received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zenaido Urtiaran came out and tried to block the shot, but Alex Lara slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 26th minute. When Alex Lara came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the FC Barrera 2.0 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Lara couldn't finish the play. In the 30th minute, Diogo Quevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zenaido Urtiaran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valério Xavier, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After a rather tough play, FC Barrera 2.0's Paulão Dias got a free kick in the 31st minute. With a little luck, Montevideo City Torque's Zenaido Urtiaran got control of the ball when Valério Xavier tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 34th minute of the match FC Barrera 2.0 got a corner. Montevideo City Torque's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Diguinho de Godoi ran over to the corner to take the kick. Diguinho de Godoi made a great header on FC Barrera 2.0's corner, it was just that Montevideo City Torque's Zenaido Urtiaran managed to reach the ball for a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Diguinho de Godoi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zenaido Urtiaran. That made the score 3-0 in the 36 minute of play. Valério Xavier struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Zenaido Urtiaran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Barrera 2.0. Montevideo City Torque's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Diguinho de Godoi scored to the left of an out of position Zenaido Urtiaran, making the score, 4-0. 47 minutes into the match, Montevideo City Torque's goalkeeper Zenaido Urtiaran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alex Lara. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Zenaido Urtiaran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diguinho de Godoi's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. 64 minutes into the game, FC Barrera 2.0's Alex Lara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zenaido Urtiaran made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. 67 minutes into the game, FC Barrera 2.0's Diguinho de Godoi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. After some careless play in the Montevideo City Torque defense, Diguinho de Godoi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zenaido Urtiaran. The Montevideo City Torque fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zenaido Urtiaran should have stopped the shot. Zenaido Urtiaran didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gerson Berger went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Barrera 2.0 had played much better football throughout.
