The audience was convinced that Axl Rose's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Vítor Guimarães was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. In the 34th minute Elias Damasceno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Hori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santos Hori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Damasceno in the 44th minute of play. Ildefonso Guter kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elias Damasceno in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santos Hori prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eliseu Alagoano was the one to do the kick off. Eliseu Alagoano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santos Hori having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Axl Rose took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for João Vítor Guimarães to make any attempt to save it. Santos Hori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidnei Dionísio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sidnei Dionísio charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 84 played minutes 卡納里尼奧 FC got a freekick which was hit by Eurico Paes. Baltasar Walme struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. João Vítor Guimarães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Howling Dawn U18. João Vítor Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Scott Weiland, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The supporters of Howling Dawn U18 booed when 卡納里尼奧 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eurico Paes didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Howling Dawn U18 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
