FC Borówiec's Iwan Sadlowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Eger in the 4th minute of play. Júnior Alagoano scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iwan Sadlowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 9 minutes into the match, FC Borówiec's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Eger came free, but Iwan Sadlowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute of the match, Juliusz Bator tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Doni Seco saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Marco Bezerra hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Júnior Alagoano scored 0-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iwan Sadlowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mauro Sarmento took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iwan Sadlowski. Iwan Sadlowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 28th minute Ronaldo Pinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwan Sadlowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iwan Sadlowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to FC Borówiec getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Ryszard Wielopolski hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauro Sarmento in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iwan Sadlowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Castanheiro SC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

FC Borówiec's Iwan Sadlowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Sarmento in the 50th minute of play. In the 51st minute, Beniamin Charlos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juliusz Bator in the 56th minute of play forced Castanheiro SC's goalkeeper Doni Seco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauro Sarmento charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mauro Sarmento the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Castanheiro SC's Mauro Sarmento got a free kick in the 60th minute. After some careless play in the FC Borówiec defense, Júnior Alagoano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iwan Sadlowski. The FC Borówiec fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iwan Sadlowski should have stopped the shot. 68 minutes into the game, Castanheiro SC's Marcelo Eger nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iwan Sadlowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Serafim Cearense hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the match, Edgar Dembkowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Doni Seco. Castanheiro SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgar Dembkowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Iwan Sadlowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Sarmento in the 85th minute of play. Castanheiro SC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marcelo Eger in the 86th minute. The corner led Castanheiro SC's Mauro Sarmento to fire away a dangerous shot which Iwan Sadlowski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 90 minutes into the match, FC Borówiec's goalkeeper Iwan Sadlowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcelo Eger. In the 92nd match minute, Castanheiro SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Bezerra to maneuver through the defense. When Castanheiro SC's Mauro Sarmento in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Borówiec's goalie prevented a goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Castanheiro SC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
