Birger Palmkvist hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Robertinho Carabajal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Casper Vennerström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute Jarl Torsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Steven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Robertinho Carabajal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 31 minutes into the match, AFC Koolkerke's goal looked a bit too open when Adolphe De Coster came free, but Ulises Steven reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Robertinho Carabajal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Casper Vennerström was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. With a little luck, IFK Bajenby's Casper Vennerström got control of the ball when Joseph Smits tried to sneak it across the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Tang Di Nan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Casper Vennerström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Robertinho Carabajal might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Casper Vennerström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robertinho Carabajal ran back to his position shaking his head. After 43 minutes of play, IFK Bajenby's Jarl Torsberg made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulises Steven was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ulises Steven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birger Palmkvist in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adolphe De Coster to strike the kick off in the second half. Casper Vennerström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robertinho Carabajal's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of IFK Bajenby's goalie and right to Joseph Smits. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. IFK Bajenby's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Robertinho Carabajal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Casper Vennerström having to make a save. Casper Vennerström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Semi Acartürk, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. IFK Bajenby's Casper Vennerström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robertinho Carabajal in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th minute, Urtsua Macías hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes into the game, Jarl Torsberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ulises Steven. Jarl Torsberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In the 70th minute of the match AFC Koolkerke got a corner. IFK Bajenby's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tang Di Nan ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ulises Steven showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Breannain McNamee in the 93rd minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
