The audience thought a goal was coming when Loui Dyndgaard got free with Kenn Kuberg in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 20 minutes into the match, Skellerup FC's Cyryl Gotfryd sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Torjus Solvoll narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zenon Gall made a kick off. With a little luck, Gettrup SIK's Torjus Solvoll got control of the ball when Indiana Jones tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stefan-Benjamin Hula replaced Cyryl Gotfryd. Krestoffer Brandmose's late challenge caught a Skellerup FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Krestoffer Brandmose helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Skellerup FC booed when Gettrup SIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krestoffer Brandmose didn't get a good kick on the ball. Indiana Jones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Skellerup FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
