The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tristram Fleetwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Örjan Björk in the 3rd minute of the match. A collision led to Chuffing Hell United getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Francis Cole hit a great ball. Örjan Björk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 10th minute Örjan Björk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tristram Fleetwood saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wiktor Ekström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seb Colton in the 12th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the game, Örjan Björk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Tristram Fleetwood was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seb Colton in the 15th minute of play forced Åsbro Flåsegutter's goalkeeper Wiktor Ekström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Örjan Björk took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Tristram Fleetwood to make any attempt to save it. Chuffing Hell United's attentive Alf Lemerond managed to snatch the ball when Stig Bäckman made a throw-in in the 29th minute of the game. Åsbro Flåsegutter's Örjan Björk got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Seb Colton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game was made by Alf Lemerond with Francis Cole as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Seb Colton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chuffing Hell United's supporters rose to their feet, but Seb Colton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wiktor Ekström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 67 minutes into the match, Chuffing Hell United's goal looked a bit too open when Örjan Björk came free, but Tristram Fleetwood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Alf Lemerond in the 71st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Åsbro Flåsegutter's Zdzislaw Barniszke. Alf-Inge Sørum took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tristram Fleetwood. Tristram Fleetwood dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Chuffing Hell United were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after Åsbro Flåsegutter's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alf Lemerond took the corner. Tristram Fleetwood took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alf-Inge Sørum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 94th play minutes Jakub Michalski shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Tristram Fleetwood and just under the crossbar into goal. There was no doubt that Åsbro Flåsegutter were the better team. Åsbro Flåsegutter's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
