The referee ignored Red Bull Villenhallen's protests and gave Joga Duro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th match minute, Red Bull Villenhallen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joga Duro to maneuver through the defense. &La vieja Guardia&'s Fidel Teofilio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severo Hechter in the 13th minute of play. Kang Han Zhen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Herberto Abreu made a huge save. After having played for 20 minutes, Kang Han Zhen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. &La vieja Guardia&'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Kang Han Zhen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Herberto Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kang Han Zhen in the 23rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Kang Han Zhen took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Herberto Abreu to make any attempt to save it. Mao Yang came free with the goalkeeper in the 29th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Herberto Abreu could save by the left post. Red Bull Villenhallen's Herberto Abreu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Red Bull Villenhallen from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kang Han Zhen in the 36th minute of play forced Red Bull Villenhallen's goalkeeper Herberto Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Saverio Manex notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of &La vieja Guardia&'s Fidel Teofilio. Fidel Teofilio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of &La vieja Guardia& booed when Red Bull Villenhallen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joga Duro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Kang Han Zhen made the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes &La vieja Guardia&'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Severo Hechter who took care of the corner kick. 58 minutes into the game, Severo Hechter recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fidel Teofilio. Severo Hechter showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. After 61 minutes of play, &La vieja Guardia&'s Kang Han Zhen made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Herberto Abreu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Herberto Abreu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kang Han Zhen in the 66th minute of the match. The corner was taken by Edelmiro Tartalo in the 78th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Red Bull Villenhallen's goal looked a bit too open when Kang Han Zhen came free, but Herberto Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Red Bull Villenhallen's Nicanor Matai got a free kick in the 81st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kang Han Zhen in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Herberto Abreu saved Red Bull Villenhallen from getting behind. In the 93rd minute Kang Han Zhen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herberto Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of &La vieja Guardia& booed when Red Bull Villenhallen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Kusko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicanor Matai hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
