An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Bartoli in the 6th minute of play forced CANTERANOS DMS's goalkeeper Leonides Ocariz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonides Ocariz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aguinaga Casasola in the 15th minute of play. CANTERANOS DMS's Leonides Ocariz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Youssef Malek in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Aguinaga Casasola left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Revolución Joao FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 23rd minute Leandro Bartoli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Ocariz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Revolución Joao FC were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after CANTERANOS DMS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aguinaga Casasola took the corner. In the 26th minute Cuero Ibañez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Ocariz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geronimo Izotzs short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Olavo Velloso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Olivér Kállai hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Geronimo Izotz to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Geronimo Izotz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olavo Velloso was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CANTERANOS DMS reached it. Despite being the better team, Revolución Joao FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
