Marc Bouman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mías Marin having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marc Bouman in the 20th minute of play forced Titanes Mayas's goalkeeper Mías Marin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marc Bouman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mías Marin having to make a save. Dumitru Stratulat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Mías Marin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Titanes Mayas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mías Marin should have stopped the shot. Titanes Mayas's Mías Marin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Titanes Mayas from getting a goal against them. When Dumitru Stratulat came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the ≮王者归来≯紫禁之巅 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dumitru Stratulat couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute, Enzo Weijgaerts ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eddy Luirink was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Titanes Mayas's Mías Marin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Titanes Mayas from getting a goal against them. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. With an all-out effort, Titanes Mayas's Eddy Luirink threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Enzo Weijgaerts, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. ≮王者归来≯紫禁之巅's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
