If Jose José had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonides Ocariz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicky Bryson went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Justus Lintorf sped through CANTERANOS DMS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leonides Ocariz.
