The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. CA Quake's Silverio Cordearo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Bartoli in the 3rd minute of play. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by CA Quake's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aguinaga Casasola was slow to take the kick. During this time Revolución Joao FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Revolución Joao FC's corner Aguinaga Casasola fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Silverio Cordearo quite easily take care of the ball. 9 minutes into the match, CA Quake's goal looked a bit too open when Youssef Malek came free, but Silverio Cordearo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 9 minutes, Cuero Ibañez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Revolución Joao FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cuero Ibañez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Silverio Cordearo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aguinaga Casasola in the 14th minute of play. Olavo Velloso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benicio Balasi's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cayetano Aznaro got free with Olavo Velloso in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Omar Ayon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 25 played minutes CA Quake got a freekick which was hit by Andres Ubelteso. Silverio Cordearo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Bartoli in the 25th minute of the match. Aguinaga Casasola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Silverio Cordearo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leandro Bartoli might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silverio Cordearo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leandro Bartoli ran back to his position shaking his head. Silverio Cordearo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristinel Iosub, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Silverio Cordearo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cuero Ibañez went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 47th minute, Aguinaga Casasola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silverio Cordearo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Youssef Malek made a kick off. If Aguinaga Casasola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, CA Quake's Silverio Cordearo got control of the ball when Youssef Malek tried to sneak it across the goal line. Silverio Cordearo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Bartoli in the 54th minute of play. Silverio Cordearo made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Youssef Malek sent off a good shot on target. Aguinaga Casasola struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Silverio Cordearo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Revolución Joao FC. CA Quake's Eloy Larra was substituted for Tomi Giusti. CA Quake made a substitution. Jacobo Mouricio replaced Victoriano Sustrai. CA Quake made a substitution. Igor Jago replaced Abel Inko. Omar Ayon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andres Ubelteso hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, Revolución Joao FC's Leandro Bartoli ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Silverio Cordearo. Silverio Cordearo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Silverio Cordearo was a little too slow when Cuero Ibañez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 0-4. If Graziani Moranto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cayetano Aznaro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olavo Velloso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. After having played for 87 minutes, Aguinaga Casasola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Revolución Joao FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aguinaga Casasola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andres Ubelteso during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to CA Quake getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Andres Ubelteso hit a great ball. In the 92nd match minute, CA Quake was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Henry to maneuver through the defense. 92 minutes into the match, Aguinaga Casasola notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of CA Quake's Silverio Cordearo. Silverio Cordearo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The CA Quake fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Revolución Joao FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
