Zinedine Benzema sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the match, Zinedine Benzema notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Futbol Club RRFV's Angelo Velasco. In the 40th minute, Sindo Pabon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AGT Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Zinedine Benzema fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Velasco having to interfere. After 47 played minutes Futbol Club RRFV got a freekick which was hit by Didi Castro. The Futbol Club RRFV players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. AGT Team were winning 1-2.

The audience was convinced that Samuel Souza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baltazar Adán was relentless in the 54th minute of the game.
