The referee showed Cristo Uchiha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Abandon All Hope getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Cristo Uchiha hit a great ball. In the 18th minute, Gomesano Cayuela reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Meng Yan Jing. The goal made the score 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elian Benedicto in the 22nd minute of play forced Abandon All Hope's goalkeeper Meng Yan Jing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Villawalter City's Meng Yan Jing threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Elian Benedicto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
