An unexpectedly hard shot by Manolo Bacete in the 20th minute of play forced Abandon All Hope's goalkeeper Meng Yan Jing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Abandon All Hope booed when A.D. Alcorcón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusebio Quijana didn't get a good kick on the ball. 92 minutes into the game, A.D. Alcorcón's Isaac Ortiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Meng Yan Jing made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. A.D. Alcorcón walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
