The tension between the Defensores del Albinegro and the berretaweres players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jonathan Haimar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Merexildo having to interfere. Israel Manilan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 6 minutes, Israel Manilan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. berretaweres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Israel Manilan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9thth minute of the game Israel Manilan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Defensores del Albinegro's Cornelio Merexildo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 10th minute, Israel Manilan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ildefonso Balesio kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Gogo Sein, 13 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Defensores del Albinegro's goalkeeper Cornelio Merexildo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Israel Manilan. Israel Manilan might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cornelio Merexildo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Israel Manilan ran back to his position shaking his head. Eustacio Mikelats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The corner led berretaweres's Israel Manilan to fire away a dangerous shot which Cornelio Merexildo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 26 minutes of play Defensores del Albinegro's Marz Caracedo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. If Israel Manilan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Israel Manilan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Cornelio Merexildo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cornelio Merexildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Haimar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute, Lorenzo Lluterio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Israel Manilan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Cornelio Merexildo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Cornelio Merexildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolás Veloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. After 52 minutes Defensores del Albinegro's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gogo Sein who took care of the corner kick. Gogo Sein made a great header on berretaweres's corner, it was just that Defensores del Albinegro's Cornelio Merexildo managed to reach the ball for a save. Israel Manilan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cornelio Merexildo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Israel Manilan in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cornelio Merexildo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sing Mano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Li Sha Yuan in the 59th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Defensores del Albinegro's Ildefonso Balesio got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Cornelio Merexildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Manilan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Israel Manilan came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the berretaweres fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Israel Manilan couldn't finish the play. berretaweres's Sing Mano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaias Blasco in the 70th minute of play. A collision led to berretaweres getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Muni Unø hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Manilan in the 73rd minute of play forced Defensores del Albinegro's goalkeeper Cornelio Merexildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cornelio Merexildo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Israel Manilan's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Sing Mano made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Maximo Aritza sent off a good shot on target. Eustacio Mikelats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute, Jonathan Haimar made a precise shot to the right of Cornelio Merexildo. Defensores del Albinegro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. A collision led to Defensores del Albinegro getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Li Sha Yuan hit a great ball. After having played for 93 minutes, Israel Manilan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. berretaweres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Israel Manilan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
