Meng Yan Jing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorrin Briones in the 9th minute of play. Meng Yan Jing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorrin Briones in the 10th minute of the match. Luís Paulo da Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Meng Yan Jing having to interfere. Abandon All Hope's Meng Yan Jing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorrin Briones in the 26th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Fu Wei Di hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of Abandon All Hope:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rapsodas Red Devils FC:s goal. Meng Yan Jing had in the 32ndth minute some difficulties stopping Jorrin Briones's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Jorrin Briones had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Meng Yan Jing. Abandon All Hope's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jorrin Briones was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After 34 played minutes Rapsodas Red Devils FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Olsson. 38 minutes into the match, Abandon All Hope's goal looked a bit too open when Jorrin Briones came free, but Meng Yan Jing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Rapsodas Red Devils FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Michal Arendarski to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jorrin Briones in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Meng Yan Jing saved Abandon All Hope from getting behind. Meng Yan Jing was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jorrin Briones showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 56 minute of play. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Ippolit Kolobov was substituted for Kerim De Bruyne. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Cristiano Salah was substituted for Jorrin Briones. In the 63rd minute, Jiang Sang Qing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Meng Yan Jing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Salah in the 70th minute of the match. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Abandon All Hope's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. It was a well-played corner which Leonardo Colmenares managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Leonardo Colmenares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the match, Abandon All Hope's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Salah came free, but Meng Yan Jing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ferenc Tököli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ye Hong in the 85th minute of the match. The nice shot from Jerrold Taranco in the 89thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Meng Yan Jing had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Cristiano Salah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gilbert Gorzkiewicz hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The supporters of Abandon All Hope booed when Rapsodas Red Devils FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Colmenares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rapsodas Red Devils FC played a much better game than Abandon All Hope and deserved their victory. The Abandon All Hope players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
