Meng Yan Jing didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Samuel Souza went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 20thth minute of the game Michal Arendarski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Futbol Club RRFV's Angelo Velasco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Ye Hong kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Angelo Velasco. That made the score 1-2 in the 22 minute of play. Futbol Club RRFV's Angelo Velasco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Futbol Club RRFV from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute of the match Abandon All Hope got a corner. Futbol Club RRFV's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jiang Sang Qing ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Abandon All Hope's corner Jiang Sang Qing fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Angelo Velasco quite easily take care of the ball. After 30 played minutes Abandon All Hope got a freekick which was hit by Michal Arendarski. Angelo Velasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michal Arendarski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Abandon All Hope's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Vimaro came free, but Meng Yan Jing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michal Arendarski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Angelo Velasco made a huge save. Abandon All Hope's Meng Yan Jing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Vimaro in the 46th minute of play. After the first half Futbol Club RRFV were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Michal Arendarski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Meng Yan Jing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Vimaro in the 54th minute of the match. Artur Marajda kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Meng Yan Jing made an important save on a dangerous shot by Didi Castro in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Vimaro in the 76th minute of play forced Abandon All Hope's goalkeeper Meng Yan Jing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Futbol Club RRFV were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after Abandon All Hope's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Didi Castro took the corner. A collision led to Futbol Club RRFV getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Fausto Vimaro hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Didi Castro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Meng Yan Jing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Vimaro in the 84th minute of play. A hard shot 88 in the game by 洪延广 from a close distance when the talented Meng Yan Jing managed to make a qualified save. Abandon All Hope's players were relieved. Futbol Club RRFV's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
