After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The AGT Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baltazar Adán should have stopped the shot. Maurino Serena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benito Azofra, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zinedine Benzema in the 79th minute of play forced A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alcorcón were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant AGT Team side.
