After 21 minutes, Jonatan Marquez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ALIDIM FOR EVER and the Academica Pulheim players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st minute, Jonatan Marquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Noel Schaffert hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After 30 played minutes ALIDIM FOR EVER got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Hitzeder. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Noel Schaffert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Academica Pulheim's supporters rose to their feet, but Noel Schaffert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julian Serafo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 40 minutes into the match, ALIDIM FOR EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Noel Schaffert came free, but Julian Serafo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 43 minutes, Guido Procopio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ALIDIM FOR EVER and the Academica Pulheim players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 43 played minutes ALIDIM FOR EVER got a freekick which was hit by Guido Procopio. After a rather tough play, Academica Pulheim's Gunther Daun got a free kick in the 44th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

ALIDIM FOR EVER made a substitution. Casimiro Lluques replaced Tomás Pirro. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roberto Hodei to make the kick off. In the 60th minute Christoph Sönksen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Serafo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81stth minute of the game Noel Schaffert who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ALIDIM FOR EVER's Julian Serafo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonatan Marquez hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noel Schaffert in the 88th minute of play forced ALIDIM FOR EVER's goalkeeper Julian Serafo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Academica Pulheim's goalkeeper Dariusz Wieberneit, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Noel Schaffert kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Academica Pulheim fans cheered their team off the field, for while ALIDIM FOR EVER had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
