When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Máté Kristóf sped through Halcones Azules's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vicente Berdoi. 19 minutes into the game, Máté Kristóf lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Vicente Berdoi. If Edgardo Malvin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bélkő SE's Endre Balla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Abajas in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Armando Monico ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Endre Balla was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. With his leg Vicente Berdoi managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Bélkő SE's Máté Kristóf fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Máté Kristóf's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Vicente Berdoi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 39 played minutes Halcones Azules got a freekick which was hit by Conrado Abajas. Vicente Berdoi came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Bélkő SE's Csaba Varga. But to his dismay, Csaba Varga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. With his leg Vicente Berdoi managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when Bélkő SE's Máté Kristóf fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Máté Kristóf was the one to do the kick off. Vicente Berdoi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Máté Kristóf's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. István Kováts's late challenge caught a Halcones Azules's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. István Kováts helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Halcones Azules booed when Bélkő SE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. István Kováts didn't get a good kick on the ball. Halcones Azules made a substitution. Anselmo Timo replaced Conrado Abajas. István Kováts hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Bélkő SE's Endre Balla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Bélkő SE from getting a goal against them. In the 82nd minute, Csaba Szepes had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 83 played minutes Halcones Azules got a freekick which was hit by Edgardo Malvin. In the 86th minute, Máté Kristóf left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bélkő SE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Csaba Varga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bélkő SE's supporters rose to their feet, but Csaba Varga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vicente Berdoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 90thth minute of the game Máté Kristóf who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Halcones Azules's Vicente Berdoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Máté Kristóf in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicente Berdoi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 93rd minute, Halcones Azules's Omar Ekain seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Omar Ekain the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Halcones Azules protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Omar Ekain had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 93 minutes into the game, one of Halcones Azules:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 99th minute the ball was on its way in behind Halcones Azules's goalkeeper Vicente Berdoi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Bélkő SE players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
