They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Róbson Messias made a kick off. Silvano Benat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Róbson Messias, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Ivan Toli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Benjamin Mazza made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toninho Terra in the 58th minute of play forced Hermosillo FC's goalkeeper Silvano Benat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 60 played minutes Hermosillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Jokin. In the 95th minute, Ronaldo Gol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Toninho Terra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Silvano Benat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvano Benat came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by Rockets's Gilvan Chaves. But to his dismay, Gilvan Chaves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
