Bernardo Caballero might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nofre Amorebieta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernardo Caballero ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johan Johansson got free with Nofre Amorebieta in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, Bajen's Nofre Amorebieta threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bernardo Caballero, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Johan Johansson in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nofre Amorebieta saved Ezber Bozan FK from getting behind. When Bajen's Sidney Porto in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ezber Bozan FK's goalie prevented a goal. After 20 played minutes Ezber Bozan FK got a freekick which was hit by Bastian Schweinsteiger. 24 minutes into the match, Alvise Nasuti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nick Pope. Bajen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvise Nasuti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The supporters of Bajen booed when Ezber Bozan FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Atıf Nurullah didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yakup Kadri Cengel's late challenge caught a Bajen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yakup Kadri Cengel helped the player get up and apologised. Yakup Kadri Cengel kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Alvise Nasuti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nick Pope was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. After having played for 39 minutes, Alvise Nasuti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ezber Bozan FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvise Nasuti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nick Pope took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvise Nasuti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nofre Amorebieta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Johansson in the 43rd minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Johan Johansson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nofre Amorebieta. Johan Johansson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Alvise Nasuti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nick Pope read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Nofre Amorebieta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Svante Forsberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute Sidney Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nofre Amorebieta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ezber Bozan FK's goalkeeper Nofre Amorebieta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 57th minute Bernardo Caballero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nofre Amorebieta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bajen's Nick Pope proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Bajen from getting a goal against them. Nofre Amorebieta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johan Johansson in the 62nd minute of the match. Nofre Amorebieta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidney Porto in the 63rd minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Ezber Bozan FK's goal looked a bit too open when Sidney Porto came free, but Nofre Amorebieta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Sidney Porto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bajen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Ezber Bozan FK made a substitution. Rafa Marin replaced Hayati Uğurhan. Nofre Amorebieta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Caballero, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ezber Bozan FK's goalkeeper Nofre Amorebieta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 84 minutes into the match, Alvise Nasuti notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Bajen's Nick Pope. Nick Pope was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ezber Bozan FK's Domenik de Vos was substituted for Onur Ali Şen. Alvise Nasuti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Nick Pope made a huge save.
