With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lev Yashin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Naelio in the 24th minute of play forced ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s goalkeeper Roberto Layton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Benedicto Naelio made a precise shot to the right of Roberto Layton. ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Bogumil Gierasik made in the 31st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Nicolas De la Cruz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dé 孙坚 in the 32nd minute of play forced Argentina's goalkeeper Lev Yashin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlo Darrigrande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lev Yashin having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

55 minutes into the match, Argentina's goal looked a bit too open when Carlo Darrigrande came free, but Lev Yashin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amado Arotza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Roberto Layton made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amado Arotza got free with Roberto Layton in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Amado Arotza came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Argentina fans jumped to their feet.
