Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Endrik Halland in the 9th minute of play forced Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Amadeo Rufo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amadeo Rufo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Endrik Halland, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's Amadeo Rufo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Ferreira in the 13th minute of play. Edin Džekos short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Michel Neuer to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 18th match minute, Nova Erechim - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guilherme Peres to maneuver through the defense. Amadeo Rufo came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by U21 Brazil's Rony Dudu. But to his dismay, Rony Dudu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 21 minutes into the game, Enrique Ferreira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Amadeo Rufo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Amadeo Rufo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Endrik Halland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, U21 Brazil's goalkeeper Michel Neuer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edin Džeko. With a little luck, U21 Brazil's Michel Neuer got control of the ball when Edin Džeko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Amadeo Rufo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rony Dudu in the 30th minute of play. Amadeo Rufo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Endrik Halland in the 32nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, U21 Brazil's Enrique Ferreira got a free kick in the 33rd minute. If Sílvio Luís Breckenfeld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edin Džeko to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Endrik Halland could shoot a difficult shot in the 58th minute, which Amadeo Rufo however easily saved by the left post. U21 Brazil made a substitution. Dan Dal Bello replaced Rony Dudu. After 62 minutes Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lionel Messias who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Lionel Messias got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Amadeo Rufo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's Amadeo Rufo got control of the ball when Endrik Halland tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Dan Dal Bello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dan Dal Bello blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amadeo Rufo having to make a save. 71 minutes into the match, Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Dal Bello came free, but Amadeo Rufo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, U21 Brazil's goal looked a bit too open when Guilherme Peres came free, but Michel Neuer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's Amadeo Rufo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Nova Erechim - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. The referee felt a red card was in order, 84 minutes into the game, when Ricardo Araujo put in a rough tackle. In the 83rd minute, one of U21 Brazil:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for U21 Brazil. 85 minutes into the match, Guilherme Peres had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Michel Neuer. U21 Brazil's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guilherme Peres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. A collision led to U21 Brazil getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Nilton Lira hit a great ball. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Amadeo Rufo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Amadeo Rufo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dan Dal Bello's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. After 97 minutes of play, U21 Brazil's Dan Dal Bello made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amadeo Rufo was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle sounded U21 Brazil left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nova Erechim - FSCMZ.
