An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Tavares in the 21st minute of play forced Bezerros EC's goalkeeper Gino Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luís Gustavo do Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Corrêa, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Mário Aparecido took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gino Brito. Gino Brito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Gino Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dino Tavares in the 33rd minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 37 minutes, Gino Brito successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 38th minute, Vágner Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gino Brito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dário de Salles went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Gino Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino Tavares, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Gino Brito came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Nova Venécia-ES's Dário de Salles. But to his dismay, Dário de Salles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Gino Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dário de Salles, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Bezerros EC's goal looked a bit too open when Mário Aparecido came free, but Gino Brito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Bezerros EC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Vágner Cunha hit a great ball. In the 70th minute Mário Aparecido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gino Brito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Nova Venécia-ES's Dário de Salles in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bezerros EC's goalie prevented a goal. Carlos Eduardo Sanches kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Dário de Salles made a precise shot to the right of Gino Brito. Bezerros EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Gino Brito came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by Nova Venécia-ES's Dário de Salles. But to his dismay, Dário de Salles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. There was no doubt that Nova Venécia-ES were the better team. Nova Venécia-ES's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
