Emery Baldwin might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Léo Tinoco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emery Baldwin ran back to his position shaking his head. Léo Tinoco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josué Prata, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Bonita's Léo Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viktor Bodrogi in the 34th minute of play. After some careless play in the Bonita defense, Emery Baldwin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Léo Tinoco. The Bonita fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Léo Tinoco should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emery Baldwin in the 40th minute of play forced Bonita's goalkeeper Léo Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
