The supporters of Que se abra o mar booed when Deportivo Craques fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marian Mincu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Deportivo Craques fc's Giuseppe Silveira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Craques fc from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Deportivo Craques fc's Giuseppe Silveira got control of the ball when Tato Vega tried to sneak it across the goal line. Que se abra o mar's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lando Norin in the 37th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tato Vega to make the kick off. Valdo Lucas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute Albertinho Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giuseppe Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giuseppe Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tato Vega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lando Norin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giuseppe Silveira having to interfere. In the 65th minute Albertinho Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giuseppe Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valdo Lucas in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sandro Tepedino saved Que se abra o mar from getting behind. Deportivo Craques fc made a substitution. Gilvan Porto replaced Dario Acosta. Deportivo Craques fc were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Que se abra o mar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sidnei Vergílio took the corner.
