João Pedro Alvarenga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdo Lucas in the 4th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdo Lucas in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Pedro Alvarenga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Oscar Ortiz took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Giuseppe Silveira to make any attempt to save it. A sloppy throw-in by Hank Feldman in the 9th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Deportivo Craques fc's Jimeno Urritz. Jimeno Urritz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Pedro Alvarenga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Hank Feldman made in the 15th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Deportivo Craques fc's Jimeno Urritz. 16 minutes into the match, Deportivo Craques fc's Valdo Lucas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Pedro Alvarenga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. João Pedro Alvarenga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valdo Lucas's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Diamante Negro DK - VV's João Pedro Alvarenga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdo Lucas in the 30th minute of play. Sílvio Luiz de Sousa hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. João Pedro Alvarenga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdo Lucas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Davi Luis charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Davi Luis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Davi Luis hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. João Pedro Alvarenga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdo Lucas, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Valdo Lucas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. João Pedro Alvarenga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jimeno Urritz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Deportivo Craques fc's Valdo Lucas in 37 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. João Pedro Alvarenga guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. With his leg Giuseppe Silveira managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Diamante Negro DK - VV's Edinho Pitta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The throw-in from Hank Feldman in the 40th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Deportivo Craques fc's Jimeno Urritz. João Pedro Alvarenga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdo Lucas in the 41st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Diamante Negro DK - VV's zone, Valdo Lucas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Pedro Alvarenga came out of the goal and Valdo Lucas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Davi Luis hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Hank Feldman in the 46th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Deportivo Craques fc's Jimeno Urritz. João Pedro Alvarenga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdo Lucas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valdo Lucas made a kick off. Deportivo Craques fc's Jimeno Urritz managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hank Feldman in the 51 minute of the game. João Pedro Alvarenga came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Craques fc's Valdo Lucas. But to his dismay, Valdo Lucas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 59 minutes into the match, Deportivo Craques fc's Valdo Lucas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Pedro Alvarenga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Valdo Lucas made a precise shot to the right of João Pedro Alvarenga. Diamante Negro DK - VV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Deportivo Craques fc's Gilvan Porto was substituted for Dario Acosta. Deportivo Craques fc's Jimeno Urritz managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hank Feldman in the 74 minute of the game. If Jimeno Urritz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the match, Diamante Negro DK - VV's goalkeeper João Pedro Alvarenga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sidnei Vergílio. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Valdo Lucas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Craques fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdo Lucas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Pedro Alvarenga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Deportivo Craques fc's Jimeno Urritz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Hank Feldman, made in the 83rd minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valdo Lucas got free with João Pedro Alvarenga in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. João Pedro Alvarenga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marian Mincu, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 90th minute, Valdo Lucas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. João Pedro Alvarenga was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. In the 93rd match minute, Diamante Negro DK - VV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hank Feldman to maneuver through the defense. Valdo Lucas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Deportivo Craques fc's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
