The Bezerros EC fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when Bezerros EC's Clóvis Camargo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Túlio Simão made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Claudinho do Vale sent off a good shot on target. In the 38th minute, Bezerros EC's Alex Arantes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Túlio Simão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Arantes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antônio Carlos das Neves made a kick off. Josué Prata could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Luiz Fernando Peixoto made a huge save. With an all-out effort, ✞✞ POMMERISH KIND F.C. ✞✞'s Luiz Fernando Peixoto threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Antônio Carlos das Neves, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 54 minutes into the match, Bezerros EC's goalkeeper Luiz Fernando Peixoto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Josué Prata. In the 75th match minute, ✞✞ POMMERISH KIND F.C. ✞✞ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Sanches to maneuver through the defense. Alex Arantes scored 4-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Túlio Simão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Antônio Carlos das Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
