Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alfredo Esposito kicked off to start the match. Sylvain Holemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Esposito in the 4th minute of the match. Alfonso Mauro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maccaulich FC's goalkeeper Sylvain Holemans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Maccaulich FC's Sylvain Holemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Mauro in the 11th minute of play. Sílvio Piola did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Sylvain Holemans 18 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Maccaulich FC's Sylvain Holemans got control of the ball when Alfonso Mauro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maccaulich FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Alfredo Esposito 27 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. With a little luck, Maccaulich FC's Sylvain Holemans got control of the ball when Sílvio Piola tried to sneak it across the goal line. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Maccaulich FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Concetto Barberio was slow to take the kick. During this time SSC Special Eleven's players had a chance to rest. Alfredo Espositos short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Sylvain Holemans to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sylvain Holemans stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Esposito's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredo Esposito got free with Sylvain Holemans in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Maccaulich FC booed when SSC Special Eleven was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Andreoli didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 41 minutes, Derek Grewar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maccaulich FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Derek Grewar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maccaulich FC's Sylvain Holemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Esposito in the 44th minute of play. With a little luck, Maccaulich FC's Sylvain Holemans got control of the ball when Alfredo Esposito tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Norman McWalrick to make the kick off. Sylvain Holemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Esposito in the 51st minute of the match. After 53 minutes Maccaulich FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Concetto Barberio who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Demetrio Chiarelli managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Maccaulich FC's Sylvain Holemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stasys Būlis in the 56th minute of play. Sylvain Holemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Mauro in the 61st minute of play. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Alfredo Esposito sped through Maccaulich FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sylvain Holemans. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Piola in the 65th minute of play forced Maccaulich FC's goalkeeper Sylvain Holemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sylvain Holemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Piola in the 67th minute of the match. Damian Ştiopul made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Derek Grewar sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to SSC Special Eleven getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Stasys Būlis hit a great ball. When SSC Special Eleven's Alfredo Esposito in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Maccaulich FC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sílvio Piola in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sylvain Holemans saved Maccaulich FC from getting behind. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by Maccaulich FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Damian Ştiopul came out of the goal and Malcolm Johnstone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 86 played minutes Maccaulich FC got a freekick which was hit by Richard McGhie. Alfredo Esposito's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sylvain Holemans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. In the 96th minute Alfredo Esposito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sylvain Holemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th match minute, Maccaulich FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johnny Clyne to maneuver through the defense. Sylvain Holemans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Esposito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that SSC Special Eleven were the better team. SSC Special Eleven's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
