Sven-Åke Springfält made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Derek Neyens in the 15th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Derek Neyens had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sven-Åke Springfält. Gnaget AIK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Derek Neyens was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Herbert Lång took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Etxeberri Benavides. Etxeberri Benavides dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Sven-Åke Springfält made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Derek Neyens sent off a good shot on target. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlos Bueno to strike the kick off in the second half. Etxeberri Benavides made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Herbert Lång sent off a good shot on target. Sven-Åke Springfält showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Somayina Cartagena in the 63rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Gnaget AIK's zone, Carlos Bueno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven-Åke Springfält came out of the goal and Carlos Bueno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sven-Åke Springfält showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Derek Neyens, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. A collision led to Gnaget AIK getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Axel Biörk hit a great ball. In the 75th minute Derek Neyens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Åke Springfält saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Gnaget AIK's Herbert Lång sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Etxeberri Benavides narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Karl-Oskar Beneth took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Etxeberri Benavides. Fohat Neyen's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gnaget AIK's Sven-Åke Springfält played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Somayina Cartagena in the 80th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Gnaget AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Romelio Komar came free, but Sven-Åke Springfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Gnaget AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Bueno came free, but Sven-Åke Springfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Åke Springfält came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Fohat Neyen's Carlos Bueno. But to his dismay, Carlos Bueno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fohat Neyen fully deserved thier win.
