Clemente Savier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, Academica Pulheim's goal looked a bit too open when Ubarna Marcos came free, but Ercole Armellini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ubarna Marcos took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ercole Armellini. Ercole Armellini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. A collision led to Academica Pulheim getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Carl Kröger hit a great ball. Clemente Savier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pinkus Mack in the 24th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodrigo Barrera got free with Ercole Armellini in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Academica Pulheim getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Lluterio Gorron hit a great ball. After 34 minutes Academica Pulheim's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edilberto Bustillos who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s corner Rodrigo Barrera fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ercole Armellini quite easily take care of the ball. After 40 minutes of play, ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s Cristopher Damian made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ercole Armellini was left in no man's land by his defense there! Meinolf Rebe took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clemente Savier. Clemente Savier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Moritz Christe made a kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 51 minutes, Clemente Savier successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Academica Pulheim's attack was well implemented in the 60th minute, but when Edgar Gomminginger was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Gabriel Olivar struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Ercole Armellini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Academica Pulheim's Ercole Armellini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Olivar in the 65th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s goalkeeper Clemente Savier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ali Köpsel. In the last second Clemente Savier throw himself and got hold of the ball when Edgar Gomminginger in the 69thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s Clemente Savier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Gomminginger in the 72nd minute of play. With a little luck, ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s Clemente Savier got control of the ball when Ali Köpsel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Clemente Savier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cristopher Damian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. Clemente Savier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Gomminginger in the 94th minute of play. Academica Pulheim's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
