A wasted opportunity for Roncourt. A collision led to Academica Pulheim getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Carsten Boy hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Léon Cailleaux in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ercole Armellini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Léon Cailleaux in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ercole Armellini saved Academica Pulheim from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Malte Rastätter during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Academica Pulheim's Malte Rastätter got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 19th minute Léon Cailleaux shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ercole Armellini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Academica Pulheim's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. J.P. Kapar was slow to take the kick. During this time Roncourt's players had a chance to rest. After 24 minutes of play, Roncourt's Léon Cailleaux made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ercole Armellini was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Academica Pulheim's Carl Kröger got a free kick in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Academica Pulheim's goal looked a bit too open when Léon Cailleaux came free, but Ercole Armellini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ercole Armellini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Léon Cailleaux in the 32nd minute of the match. Ercole Armellini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Léon Cailleaux, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Léon Cailleaux blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ercole Armellini having to make a save. Ercole Armellini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Léon Cailleaux in the 36th minute. Academica Pulheim's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Léon Cailleaux scored to the left of an out of position Ercole Armellini, making the score, 3-0. A hard shot 44 in the game by J.P. Kapar from a close distance when the talented Ercole Armellini managed to make a qualified save. Academica Pulheim's players were relieved. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Moritz Christe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Roncourt booed when Academica Pulheim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Rastätter didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Léon Cailleaux managed to get in a good position for a shot. Roncourt's supporters rose to their feet, but Léon Cailleaux was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ercole Armellini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Academica Pulheim's Edgar Gomminginger was substituted for Meinolf Rebe. 59 minutes into the match, Roncourt's Léon Cailleaux sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ercole Armellini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roncourt made a substitution. Romuald Benaissa replaced Horácio Larreta. Academica Pulheim made a substitution. Ali Köpsel replaced Moritz Christe. In the 62nd minute Roncourt were awarded a corner. J.P. Kapar went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in J.P. Kapar almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Academica Pulheim's Ercole Armellini did a great save. Ercole Armellini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from J.P. Kapar in the 66th minute of play. Thierry Lhermite might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ercole Armellini. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thierry Lhermite ran back to his position shaking his head. After 77 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Academica Pulheim! In the 81st minute, Jean-Marc Kazmierczak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Roncourt fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Rayan Lopez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Ercole Armellini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Academica Pulheim's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Jean-Marc Kazmierczak scored 7-0 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ercole Armellini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Roncourt players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
