Andréas Hasselqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Aaron Inge made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerardo Lordi got free with Aaron Inge in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 23 minutes into the match, Santa Margarita's goal looked a bit too open when Sten Nordin came free, but Pontus Nordström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pontus Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 孟源枫 in the 26th minute of play. Pontus Nordström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Nordin in the 29th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sten Nordin in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pontus Nordström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 32 minutes into the match, Santa Margarita's goal looked a bit too open when Sten Nordin came free, but Pontus Nordström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Claudio Itzaina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pontus Nordström was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. If Witomir Pisarczyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Witomir Pisarczyk to strike the kick off in the second half. Pontus Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mitch Dekens in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Santa Margarita's goal looked a bit too open when 孟源枫 came free, but Pontus Nordström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Witomir Pisarczyk in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aaron Inge saved Branco FC from getting behind. 60 minutes into the game, Santa Margarita's Witomir Pisarczyk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aaron Inge made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Branco FC's Domingos Aimar was substituted for Aristides Etxeberri. Santa Margarita's Klaus Mohammadi was substituted for Gerardo Lordi. Aaron Inge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Icardi in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Branco FC's goalkeeper Aaron Inge, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pontus Nordström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mitch Dekens in the 71st minute. After 74 minutes of play, Santa Margarita's Mauro Icardi made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aaron Inge was left in no man's land by his defense there! Santa Margarita made a substitution. Wendell Davids replaced Enzo Peruxu. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by Branco FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. David Celio was slow to take the kick. During this time Santa Margarita's players had a chance to rest. 86 minutes into the match, Mauro Icardi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aaron Inge. Branco FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mauro Icardi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. 91 minutes in the game Claudio Itzaina did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Sten Nordin. In the 93rd minute, Wendell Davids got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Santa Margarita's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
