Concordia's Agustin Ereinotz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabrício Vergílio in the 8th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Edgard Socorro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Amauri Félix. The goal made the score 1-1. Amauri Félix stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dante Hondo's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. 24 minutes into the game, Antonio Massimini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Concordia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rio Verde F.C CIMZ the free kick. Antonio Massimini hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Jens-Ove Malm scored 1-2 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Agustin Ereinotz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Jens-Ove Malm sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Agustin Ereinotz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Amauri Félix stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emilio Oso's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Concordia's goal looked a bit too open when Jens-Ove Malm came free, but Agustin Ereinotz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Jens-Ove Malm almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Concordia's Agustin Ereinotz did a great save. When Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Jens-Ove Malm in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dante Hondo to strike the kick off in the second half. Agustin Ereinotz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Ove Malm, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Amauri Félix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Hondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Jens-Ove Malm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rio Verde F.C CIMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Concordia's Serhan Kayaer was substituted for Hektor Hasan. Concordia made a substitution. Antonio Gar replaced Emilio Oso. If Jens-Ove Malm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 67 minutes into the match, Concordia's goal looked a bit too open when Jens-Ove Malm came free, but Agustin Ereinotz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Tolgahan Onatkan was substituted for Marcos Siqueira. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tolgahan Onatkan in the 70th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Birol Celilay heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Concordia were awarded a corner in the 74th minute after Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antonio Gar took the corner. Concordia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jens-Ove Malm was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. In the 95th minute, Ildefonso Mel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Concordia lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
