Manolo Bacete's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pontus Nordström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Nicklas Matsson hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Manolo Bacete made in the 16th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Santa Margarita's Andreas Landgren. Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Landgren in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Gerardo Lordi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santa Margarita fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. With an all-out effort, A.D. Alcorcón's Pontus Nordström threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Manolo Bacete, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Maurino Serena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witomir Pisarczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Esteban Vadillos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Pontus Nordström made a huge save. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Witomir Pisarczyk made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belo Alvarez in the 53rd minute of play forced Santa Margarita's goalkeeper Pontus Nordström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Witomir Pisarczyk 54 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-2. Santa Margarita's Pontus Nordström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Vadillos in the 59th minute of play. Pontus Nordström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manolo Bacete, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 65th minute, Manolo Bacete made a precise shot to the right of Pontus Nordström. Santa Margarita's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Santa Margarita's Klaus Mohammadi was substituted for Gerardo Lordi. Santa Margarita's Mauro Icardi was substituted for Witomir Pisarczyk. 70 minutes into the match, Santa Margarita's goal looked a bit too open when Esteban Vadillos came free, but Pontus Nordström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauro Icardi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maurino Serena having to make a save. Mauro Icardi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Maurino Serena came out and tried to block the shot, but Mauro Icardi slotted it home off the left post making it 3-3 in the 86th minute. Santa Margarita's Pontus Nordström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Ortiz in the 90th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Santa Margarita's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Ortiz came free, but Pontus Nordström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauro Icardi in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurino Serena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 96 minutes, Manolo Bacete managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.D. Alcorcón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manolo Bacete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
